How do I download a receipt on CatchFood?
We’ll send your receipt to the email address on your account when we process your payment or within 24 hours of your order. If you aren’t receiving receipts, check the spam or junk folder of your email address associated with your account.
To view a past receipt:
- Tap “Account” in the menu bar at the top of the login&signup
- Select “My Orders” then tap on the past order you’d like to view.
- Tap ”Download PDF"
